Bookings and tables, one picture of the front of house.

This page is about where our booking system is going, and we would rather tell you that straight than show you a screenshot of something that does not exist yet. Here is the problem we are building at, and how far we are.

Tell us about your floor

The problem, as we keep meeting it

The book and the floor drift apart

The bookings live in one place, the floor lives in someone's head, and on a busy night the two disagree. A table sits empty because the book says it is held; a walk-in gets turned away from a dining room with space in it.

Turn times are guesses

How long a table of four actually takes on a Friday is knowledge your best front-of-house person carries around. When they are off, the guessing starts again.

The tools don't talk

Booking portals, a paper diary, a whiteboard by the pass. Every extra system is another place the same evening has to be kept true by hand.

What we are building toward

One picture of the evening

We are building toward bookings, walk-ins and the floor in a single view, so the question on a busy night is never which system is right.

The floor as the source of truth

Tables, sections and turn times that reflect your dining room, not a generic grid. The system should learn how your service actually runs, the way your best host already has.

Grown out of the booking system

This is not a separate product to buy. It is where our booking system is going, and each piece arrives inside the same deployed-within-a-project relationship.

What exists today

The booking system is real and deployed with our restaurant clients within projects: direct bookings on your own website, set up around your service. Table management is not a product we can hand you today, and nothing on this page should read as if it is. When that changes, this page will change, and not a day earlier.

Straight answers

Can I have table management today?
Not as a finished thing, and we will not pretend otherwise. What runs today is the booking system, deployed within a project. Table management is the direction it is growing in, and this page is us being open about that.
When will it be ready?
We do not promise dates we cannot stand behind. If you tell us about your restaurant, we will tell you honestly what exists the day you ask.
What should I do in the meantime?
Start with the booking system. Direct bookings on your own site solve the biggest half of the front-of-house problem now, and they are the foundation the table work builds on.
Can we shape it?
Yes, and we would genuinely like that. The system is being built around real Glasgow services, not a spec. If you want your floor to be one of the ones it learns from, talk to us.

Tell us about your floor

How the book and the floor work for you now, where the evenings go wrong, what you would want one picture of. It shapes what we build, and we will be straight about what exists when you ask.
