A price change should be one edit, not four documents.

Your menu lives once, as content, in a system we built for restaurant menus. The printed sheet and the website read the same source, changes land the same day, and nothing waits for a design project.

Tell us what keeps going stale

The slow rot every menu knows

The PDF nobody updates

The menu on the website is a scan of last spring. Customers plan around dishes that are gone and prices that have moved.

Four copies of one menu

Print, website, the QR page, the portals. Change a price and you have four edits to make in four places, so one of them is always wrong.

Every change waits on a designer

Swapping a dish should not be a design project with an invoice and a fortnight of back and forth. Menus change weekly; the tools around them behave as if they change yearly.

How it works

Your menu lives once, as content

Dishes, descriptions and prices live as structured content in our own system, not trapped inside a design file. The printed menu and the website read the same source, so they cannot drift apart.

A change is one edit

A price rise, a dish off, a new special: one edit, and every surface follows. Today we make the changes with you, in the same conversation you would have had anyway, and they land the same day.

Where it is headed

The door where you make the everyday changes yourself is being built. When it is ready for owners, we will hand you the keys and say so here. Until then we do not pretend.

Running on real menus

This is not a product page for something imagined. Our client menu work runs through this system today: the same structured content produces the print files and the web menu. What we are building next is the owner's own door into it.

Common questions

Is this WordPress with a menu plugin?
No. It is our own system, built around how restaurant menus actually work: dishes, sections, prices and photographs that flow to print and web from one source. It exists because generic tools treat a menu as a page, and a menu is not a page.
Can I log in and change prices myself today?
Not yet, and we would rather say so than hand you something half-ready. Today you tell us the change and we make it, usually the same day, as part of the ongoing relationship. Self-serve editing for owners is being built.
Does this cover more than the menu?
The menu is the heart of it, because it changes most and matters most. Site content around it is handled within the same relationship; tell us what changes often and we will shape the setup around that.
What does it cost?
We don't publish a price list. Content management comes as part of an ongoing partnership rather than as a product with a monthly tier, and we scope that partnership to your restaurant after a conversation.

Tell us what keeps going stale

The menu, the specials board, the opening hours, the photos. Tell us what changes most and where it lags behind, and we will show you what one-source content would do for it.
